I found these 4 weeks have flown by and- along with the season of Spring that is upon us- has brought newfound beginnings of peace and healing. As we are all challenged to find our way in the new order of life living with COVID-19 in our communities, self- care has been taking a back seat to survival mode in the face of the unprecedented physical distancing separating us from loved ones and activities. “ENSO's HEALTHcare SELFcare online offering presenting the 4 shades of Peace and Ease couldn't have come at a better time. It has been a powerful catalyst for me to launch in new directions, while understanding the importance of my own self care, and getting that O2 mask on, so that I can be there in meaningful ways for those I love and care for. I highly recommend this program to anyone. You can lean in as little or much as you need/like. To that end, she will educate, encourage, and hold space for you, as you walk through this experience. Dori is living her gift, with honesty, awareness, connection, and her innate desire for you to grow a shade more, into the human you were meant to be. You will find yourself amongst the beautiful prose of her writing, and I know for me, it's been a place I visit often. Also, I would encourage you to take time to read her blog. You will meet like minded participants and have a social media platform provided for you, where you can interact with each other, learn from each other, and continue to share and grow. It is a powerful and beautiful experience. Here, each week, you will grow a little more and begin moving a shade in the direction of learning the why and how to create a self care plan for yourself. It is a safe and life giving place that provides you space to get solidly rooted. This program is the first stopover on that journey.
